Bought some vitamin D drops that say to take under the tongue. Now it’s surprisingly hard to actually do that. So how much am I missing out if it’s in the general mouth or on top of the tongue?

(I might try doing it in front of the mirror.)

    There is no reason to claim a Vitamin D pill requires to be under the tongue that I ever heard of, as vitamin D is absorbed in your digestiver system, and not though membranes in the mouth, and it even also requires a bit of fat to absorb vitamin D. There is also no requirement for slow uptake, so I simply can’t figure a reason why they would make the pill like that. I wouldn’t be surprised if it even cost extra. . I’d switch to another brand.
    Remember D3 is by far the best form. Avoid pure D and D2.
