This isn’t the direct answer you asked for but I’ve never known someone who asked “how much xyz is too much xyz?” without they themselves consuming too much xyz.

Don’t hurt yourself, use proper lubrication.

Don’t let it distort the reality of what a human relationship is like. Most of what they do wouldn’t be pleasant for both parties in real life, it’s exaggerated for the camera.

Don’t let it ruin your in-person relationships, or job, or ability to function in society.

As long as you keep those things in mind your boundaries are your own to set.

I’m no fan of porn for multiple reasons, but I strongly suspect the incidence of porn addiction is greatly exaggerated by a Puritanical sex-negative culture and the related “no-fap” movement.

If it’s not interfering with your life and happiness, it’s probably fine. If you think it’s too much, then that’s valid, but I don’t think anyone, not even a psychiatrist, could tell you with any certainty how much is too much. It depends on so many different things.

If it’s getting in the way of forming relationships, enjoying sex, doing your work/school, or other normally daily activities, it’s too much. For some people, any amount is a problem. For other people, any amount is acceptable.
