I would take being on the computer all day over being stuck in traffic as shown in the image. I would even say I prefer it to either walking or cycling down a street designed like this.
It sucks that streets like this are considered normal in car dependent north american cities.
We need more transit (that has its own dedicated lane), and cities/towns that are designed for people as opposed to cars.
