Are there any people on lemmy who create funny videos, game streams, review videos, reaction videos, animation, or anything really on lemmy ?

I assume most lemmy users don’t, but I’m just curious. We do on our un-federated instance and would like more creators.

Would anyone know where I could find people on lemmy that are into this? I’m not sure where to look. Maybe there’s some specific communities I’m overlooking.

    Why would anyone be doing that on Lemmy? You’d be doing it where you’d make money/gain popularity and maybe post a link to it on Lemmy somewhere for more exposure.

      But unfortunately, they have us defederated even though we are not federated at all or plan to be

      I’ll leave that for them to decide, the invitation is there I’ll leave it at that

        I don’t blame them. They get name-called by centrists from world all the time. I started subscribing to their communities heavily when they came to my defense multiple times in comments where I felt like I was the only person arguing for humanity over the grinding gears of corporatism. I consider myself as leftist as they are (with a slight tinge of crypto tech bro that they so loathe…pretty sure they shadow banned me for being too tech bro🤣) and they, in turn, treat me like an asshole outsider. They’re pretty much the hipsters of the fediverse but they’re also squarely on the side of selfless human cooperation while outsiders accuse them of being “tankies”.

        I would say one thing in their defense: they are straight up communists but before you go acting like they’re squarely pro-China tankies, they will tell you that

        communism has never existed exactly as Marx described. So, many criticisms of it are disingenuous bullshit.

    Sometimes , I write opinions and try to analyze tactilly some aspects of a football game I saw. I have a private blog where I put my texts, but they are only on my native lamguage.

    In the future I want to do albuns reviews and give opinions about musicians/music, but again, I will do on my native lamguage because I have some issues to write and speak in english.

    Edit: A few days ago I thinked put reviews in english and create a thread to talk about it. But will see if im capable to explain my ideas
