Is “Starter” referring to who was the initial projected winner at…the beginning of whatever period US elections start? Which to an outsider just looks like “always”?
If I’m understanding correctly, I think “ERB” here is referring to “Epic Rap Battles” which would make the “starter” the first one to rap in the relevant video.
