I have this hypothesis that Guy (?) sold Rosmary out even before they moved into the apartment. I think he may have orchestrated the whole apartment thing to get close specifically to the witches coven.

I suspect this because when they went to visit hutch, Guy was quick to dismiss and mock hutch’s warnings. He also seemed to have known one of the former inhabitants hutch talked about.

I may be wrong, but what do you people think?

edit: when they were invited to the castavettes seems to be the obvious moment Guy got recruited into the witch coven. However I feel he was in on it much earlier.
