Nah, I’ll happily diminish the seriousness and trauma of his assassination attempt, because he and his crew have been actively trying to get an assassination attempt to occur - they were just surprised that the first incident was directed at them.
It’s a damn shame the person missed :-(. Or maybe he hired the guy and it went exactly as planned. Nothing like a little “people want me dead” to help a psychopath feel like a hero.

I see some articles out there alleging photos of Trump post-assassination attempt with a completely intact ear. The news services are not recognizable to me so with this age of AI generated images, not to mention good ol’ Photoshop and the current political climate, I’m skeptical.
Do I care? I don’t think so. I think there are enough photos from enough legit outlets I fully believe he was hit by either the bullet or shrapnel from the bullet hitting something else. Anything Trump or his personal doctor say about the hit, I assume is an exaggeration. He got hit. He’s fine. He’s milking it for all its worth. He will do absolutely nothing to fix gun control and will attempt to twist it to blame his political opponents. I don’t need confirmation of just how minor the minor physical damage was. Now, if we get real Intel on any resulting PTSD then I’m interested.
I mean he’s only been holding small, indoor rallies since then, or surrounded by bullet proof glass. He’s obviously scared by the incident so it’s time to twist the knife – popping paper bags or dropping serving platters around him at any public events to really gets his nerves on edge.
Why be scared when you’re so old and out of shape? He’s almost cooked as is.
