First week of school teacher assigns report with leading questions about Christianity. Non-Christians push back. Turns out, the teacher was Erich Richter, a football coach at SHS who has his emergency certification in English that expired on June 30, 2024. Prior to teaching, Richter ran for Tulsa County sheriff but was disqualified due to embezzling funds from Taco Bueno
They have Taco Bueno in Oklahoma now? Great news for Oklahomans!
What? For like, decades.

What a perfect example of today’s Christian Conservative. Inept, unqualified and untrustworthy. Odds are he creeps on school children too.
I wish my “Christian” brothers and sister picked up a bloody Bible and actually read it. They’d realize that we are called to take care of the earth, love one another, and care for one another. It’s infuriating. Also, the blantent disregard for historical context and etymology is cause enough for apoplexy.
sorry, the bible doesn’t get any credit for accidentally getting a few things right when it also calls for women to be chattle and slavery to be celebrated
This entire story reads as redneck as hell. Forcing Christianity? Check. Fake teacher? Check. School coach? Check. Embezzling money from a fast food restaurant? Well that’s a new one. You’d that that would disqualify him from teaching but considering nobody wants to teach in Oklahoma because they pay nothing, or should not be too surprising.
