    They used to send that to a local news channel. Usually Al Jazeera for Middle Eastern groups.

      No clue really haven;t done a deep dive or even bothered to look up how to use the dark web. But after what happened in France it got me wondering.

        Why would they post it to the dark web? The whole point of terrorism is to be as visible as possible. When terrorist groups claim responsibility for things they want it to show up on every media outlet, not some post on onionztftu478dy4zzs.darksite that nobody will ever see or be able to verify.

        They contact news agencies directly for that shit.
