- I bet the send that to all their old customers - True. I’m not sure what’s worst: them meaning it none of the times (as you’d expect), or this weirdness being sincere and honest every time. - Ok, I was wrong. The latter is DEFINITELY worse 😬😄 
 
- I’ll never forget the time 3 years ago I urgently needed to rent one of these because my feet & hips & back were throbbing in pain after walking a bazillion miles and I still had a bazillion miles left to reach my destination, so I went through the process of installing their app and giving them all my personal data and then they wanted $10 up front for God knows what, only to find that all the bikes within my radius none of them were charged or available for use. I want my $10 back. I’m still livid about that and whenever I see these bikes & scooters strewn about the city I don’t even register them into my consciousness. They are all dead to me. 
- Imagine getting love-bombed by the e-bike company - And the crappy one you’ve only used when none of the better ones are available, at that 😄 
 
- Remember: they don’t miss you, they miss your money. - They also miss the data you give them!
