To get on the ballOt, she has to be eligible to serve as VP at the time she takes office. If states could impose their own age requirements, red states would have some seriously ridiculous requirements. Filing dates don’t matter.

I misunderstood, I thought they had to be eligible to be on the ballot, but it does make more sense that they have to be eligible by the time they take office.

To get on a ballet every state has a different filing date, none of them are after she’s old enough.
