For context the person in red (dark red is their sock account) was boasting about mass reporting the artist for art theft on their blog to get them banned from all the sites they’re posting art on so the “I’m not accusing you of art theft” is a lie and they’re trying to keep their trolling civil so it doesn’t get removed
I think the mod just saw how the links were to places like YouTube and other sites and assumed it must be off site drama without realizing Red is a troll.
