I swear the Friedman Doctrine is every bit as fundamentally caustic to human society as outright overt fascism is - it’s just sugar-coated in money, is more subtle, and takes longer.

I’m curious about this – how does a state guarantee positive rights without coercion/violence?
Direct control over productive assets maybe?
If the state owns and operates farms and hospitals, they can implement policies that ensure access.
