Example: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/jun/06/finnish-businessman-hit-with-121000-speeding-fine I’m unshamedly proud of this. Apparently Switzerland has the same system.
There’s this saying about how if something is punishable by a fine, then it’s only illegal for poor people.
