It’s still in development (for 17 years now) but it might not ever release and if it does it’ll be nothing like the first entry.
Especially since Michel Ancel hasn’t been with Ubisoft in a long long time now.
Why would China/Xi do this?
Let’s also not forget that another major Rayman platformer was in development later on, and they turned it into a fucking mini game collection.
