Old but gold question.
A girl got raped in the library:(
Two kids were caught with enough fuel oil and fertilizer at their homes to blow up a city block. This was well before Fight Club so I’m not sure where they got the idea from.
School trip to the neighboring Town
First class, someone put a “help kidnapping” paper sign in the back window
Wasn’t seen until the second class that got transported got pulled off the road from the special police force
Besides the school shooting? Wish I was kidding. On a more fun note, another quiet kid decided to just rub his shit all over the walls with red food coloring to make it look bloody. Also had a fight club ring pop up at lunch with 4-5 concurrent fights before it got broken up.
I’d rather take the bottom two over a school shooting. Kids these days need to be more original like that
A teacher got caught for child luring online
The Dean of Discipline at my Catholic High School was soliciting minors for sex during the time I was there. https://warwickonline.com/stories/assistant-principal-on-leave-pending-investigation-of-alleged-solicitation-on-web,34242
There apparently has been another controversy another controversy there as well.
Two kids smeered their shit on the bathroom walls then climbed on the roof. There was some much more serious stuff but that was the funnier one I guess.
It was in the countryside as well, so we’d get a farm animal wandering about the grounds about once a year which was always exciting.
A couple years before my time, but a cheerleader was assaulted and killed on campus while waiting to meet up with her team.
Derailing a small train at a zoo.
Teacher broke my arm for writing left-handed.
Oh 😳! I can’t imagine what they would have done if you wrote "fuck teachers"or something. Savage.
She was just a nutcase. Hit my scrawny little arm with a ruler and crack. She did get fired, so that was funny at least.
Was that in the 60s/70s, Irish / UK?
Couldn’t be, they weren’t beaten to death with a wooden stick
I think we all need to know…
Are you left handed?
- Are you still left handed?
Yes.
Not me, but my producer. Long story short, he said some nasty things in regards to threatening assault (though he was very… shall I say, calm about it) before an event because he was anticipcaing a ton of dishonesty to show up from the student council. This was during his sophomore year at his Seventh Day Adventist school, mind you.
He would be suspended for a week for making such threats, though he know what he did was a Jesuit act against them, and he could’ve been expelled for going through with his threats (they were empty threats, as he was held back from getting violent like he was demon possessed). He had a a lot of influence within the school’s circles back in the day (more than he realized looking back).
there used to be a tradition in my high school where seniors would pull some kind of prank. in my freshman year, a group of kids pulled an amazing prank where they put glue in all the door locks in the school. when everyone got there the next morning, nobody could get into the buildings. most of the students just went home that day before the administration got some semblance of a handle on things, and the remainder of us were herded into the gym for half the day as they started getting classrooms opened. almost all of the locks had to be replaced, costing thousands of dollars, the school of course lost substantial funding from all the walkouts that day, and the kids responsible were caught and faced criminal charges.
there was not another senior prank as long as i was there.
TIL about attendance based school funding in the US.
One of the teachers put cameras in the girls toilets (age range 5-9). Got let off because he was “and upstanding member of society” with his long tenure at the school taken into account.
Upstanding member of society just means the fucker goes to church though.
It means he “played the part” of an upstanding citizen so he could be put in a position to spy on little girls.
Yeah if anything surely that makes it worse
Just fitting in with the crowd then, i guess
Middle school had a teacher arrested for doing things with students. High school had the riot and the school went into lockdown. Great being in one of the only classrooms that had auto locking doors. Students late to class that day were yelling to be let in and we couldn’t.
Pre-Columbine mass shootings: Some kid rode his bike up the stairs during class changes and was denied walking the stage at his graduation for “seriously endangering himself and the entire student body.”
He rode is bike UP the stairs? That’s crazy, y’all must’ve had small steps or something or dude must’ve been built different
He was a wiry little guy, the steps were steep. It was rather comical, he started at the end of the hallway and just went hard. We all thought he was on cocaine, but who knows?
The thing with the bike must have been long before graduation, right? So there were probably consequences already. Seems kind of petty to deny him the stage.
Nah this definitely sounds like a situation where “it’s the end of your senior year and there’s no other way we can effectively reprimand this behavior” and he might have already been a problem student.
A student spiked a teacher’s drink with acid. The morning of that day, the kid that got arrested told me he wanted to fight me after school for talking to a girl he liked.
