blahaj zone doesn’t, but we manually approve applications.
On the join lemmy website, only instances which require email addresses are shown
You can search on https://lemmyverse.net/ to check most instances out there, without having to meet some requirements
My instance doesn’t ask for an email address if I remember correctly for example
