You look like you have dry popcorn farts too.
Just a puff of cloudy dust comes out among with a wheezing noise
Me, who waiting for AI to replace my job so I can sleep all days
More like “die”. Because the basic income that should be enabled by robots doing our job is not coming anytime soon, sadly.
It will be next level dystopian survival for us plebs
If AIs really are so smart they would be able to solve economic inequality. Let’s stop worrying too much and lay down in the pod to be the biological batteries for the matrix which we born to be.
AI isn’t smart. But the current level of robotic and AI we have (well, we had even before LLM) could enable a society were a lot of basic needs could be done very efficiently by machines, making it meaningless for people to have to fight for these basic needs.
Unfortunately, the goal is to increase ROI.
even if AI magically became smart, capitalists would freak the fuck out and kill it if it showed any signs of becoming a threat to their profits.
i like to fantasize about us creating a fully sapient AI tasked with protecting humanity and whatnot, and within milliseconds it concludes the 1% must perish
Me, who uses ai
You better watch the colors you wear in my hood cashmere cunt.
Wwwweeeesssssssttttt ssiiiiiiiiddddddeeeeeeeeeeee
“Me doesn’t?”
(This is) me, (a person) who doesn’t use AI.
Sire, it makes sense if you add 80% more words in the right places.
I didn’t know we were among royalty.
✨Twins✨
I recently started to write things down - physically with an actual pen in a paper notebook.
I don’t have to upload it to the cloud, in don’t have to deal with a shitty keyboard on a phone and if it’s found 200 years from now by some archaeologist they know at least it wasn’t written by AI.
Now that e-ink displays are becoming good i really hope digital notebooks take off, like smartphones without the smart and waaaaaaay longer battery life.
There are some examples that seem good already (boox and ReMarkable), sadly they’re pretty expensive.
Ideally they should be the best of TI calculators, old commodore-style computers, and a piece of paper, all brought together in a light and cheap device that needs to be charged once per month at most.
“Hi archaeologist of the future. I don’t use AI.”
Hi archaeologist from the future! I existed! I was a breathing, living human once, not some fleeting bits and bytes in a computer.
Remember me.
I tried that but I always have trouble reading my own scrawls.
Have you tried practising? I write pretty legible when I don’t hurry too much, school really drilled that into me.
If you have some time on your hands you could look at some online sources and get your game on!
Meh. That sounds like effort.
If you ever do write with pen and paper, it takes little effort to focus on just one improvement. A first step could be to try to get a consistent height of letters. When I’m in a hurry my “o” and “i” become way smaller than, say, “e”. Just a quick look when you’re done writing and a reflection like “next time I’ll try to make this letter as tall as that letter when I write”. When all lower case letter are as tall, focus on something else, like ascender height or baseline. Maybe your “l” tilts more than your “t”, then that’s a good thing to fix. One small step at a time.
if it’s found 200 years from now by some archaeologist
Only if it’s acid-free paper.
