You can log in to your lemm.ee account, settings and look for “Import/Export Settings”, then save the .json file to your device. Then log into your db0 account, go to the same Import/Export Settings and upload your .json file.

All of your saved posts, blocked people/ communities/instances will be transferred. If it doesn’t all show up immediately don’t be concerned, sometimes it takes a little while.

After visiting Zalasur’s page their description is “Videos featuring my cooking and canning adventures.”

Just skimming through the article it states the brain accounts for 2% of the body’s weight and 20% of its resting metabolism. During problem solving or “effortful, goal directed tasks” it requires just 5% more over the base 20%.

I’ve found myself physically drained from overthinking at times and now I can start to see how real that can get.
