My read is that he is absolutely going to fire him at some point in the near future, but he wants to to be a shock so he can financially position himself for maximum gain before and after.
Agreed. The chaos is just for kicks and PR so the pundits and politicians can claim with a straight face that he said he wouldn’t. No doubt on my end that he ultimately intends to do it.
