A pihole, pfblocker, or adguard setup is helpful for additional ad blocking. Some stuff still gets through ublock and gets blocked by my firewall.

Ublock origin advanced mode + NoScript for finer, more granular control. It’s a PITA if you’re not used to it but these two along with Cookie deleting plug-ins have drastically improved my digital life

Clear cache and reload.
